how to change my vote then???
I dont think you can change your vote.
In any case this poll is only to get a feel of how things are out there. A wrong vote here or there does not matter
As long as 2003/2004/2005 folks who have already-filed stay in low numbers it might indicate good PD movement in those years (since numbers wont be used up so soon and USCIS/DOS might have to move dates forward to start pushing out approvals. New people will then file and the usage will climb and dates slow down again).
If, on the other hand USCIS is sitting on tons of 2003/2004 PD I-485s, then date movement is going to be slow

Hello Gurus,
I am currently looking for a job and I have a US Master's degree. I am stuck in this retrogression and my lawyer applied for EB3, and I have no choice but looking for another job that requires me a M.S. with higher salary so I could apply for EB2
Do you know where I can see which is the minimum wage for applying as EB2?? I remember in my Labor certification there was a place where I used to check minimal wage requirements.
I am rest of the world, and having an EB2 application will let me jump out of the retrogression if EB2 continues to be available
Thanks in advance
Kukitron

May be it was the Attorney General Alberto, not Emilio Gonzales. He is coming after you for bribing a federal official.
Just Kidding :) But interesting though.

Hi Everyone,
Dont know if anyone thought about this or not.
I know so many people have switched their previous employer who actually filed for GC.
The employer also had the GC cost deducted from the employees salary.
Now my situation is the same.
I no longer work for the previous employer and my offer letter does say that employer will cover the cost of GC.
but what actually happened is something that happened with so many people.
Now since i dont work for that employer is it appropriate to ask the employer to reimburse me the GC cost as it was mentioned in the offer letter that employer will pay for the GC processing?
BTW.. my 485 is filed and i do have my EAD
let me know if someone has more information about it.

you can search for cases filed using start and end date - its nothing fancy or interesting as you might have imagined - if your employer is indeed saying that its hard to pull old cases - its total BS -- either they dont want you to worry or they dont want to divulge your case number
I have requested again for the screenshot mentioning the same and waiting on a response. You do seem to have an idea how it looks like, if you dont mind, would you be able to post a screenshot with all information greyed out. With that handy, if they come back with, 'no way' I can go back at them hard saying they are BS'ing me and call their bluff.
Thanks again!

an email reply saying " ... Based on your request we researched the status of this case. We are actively processing this case. However, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 6 months of this letter, please call customer service at the number provided below."
My understanding ... bullshit! You ain't doing nothing.

Hi,
I recieved my EAD card recently and noticed that the date of birth on the card is not correct(I filled the application incorrectly the montha day got swapped),can you please suggest on what i have to do to correct the date on the card.
Infopass or calling USCIS wont help anything, you have to send that card with new form(forgot form#) along with orginal EAD card.

I don't know what you were all talking about, or why. But it sounds cool. I might get a tape measure out and see how long my lens is . . .
