The app is $10(USD), not sure about different countries, it is only in English if that means anything. I access cPanel for my provider through Safari on iPad. The app will only allow you to access the actual files on the server and edit the text (HTML, php, CSS, etc). So you won't get the more advanced functions of dedicated programs such as Dreamweaver.
If that sounds good then you could get an iPad for simple tasks and a MBP or MBA for your advanced editing. Plus, the iPad 2 is just so cool! I love being able to do so much on an ultra portable device and still have my MBP for the heavy lifting backup while on the road.

i was in a very similar situation as you, and ended up getting the MBA and very soon i'll be getting the 27 inch imac. personally. it depends on whether you want 1 system or 2. personally, i didn't mind having 2 machines (transferring things between them every day or so), and got both of them. having just the 15 inch mbp and the cinema display limits your gaming performance, and the macbook air is a very capable product. i'd spring for the 128gb, 1.86ghz, 4gb ram mba, and wait till the imacs are refreshed in a month or so. i'll be getting the lowest end 'bigger screened' imac.
nothing compares to 27 inches of screen real estate... ;)

Canadian Mother's Day is in early-mid May. I think it's an eBay promotion.
EDIT: I think it coincides with the American Mother's Day.

It was surprising not to see an iPhone among their several phone categories.

The second link is by far the best, the 9250 is just a 9200 with extra vram but it is still slow, the FX 5500 isnt amazing but it will serve you well.

As long as you are running Windows, you can pretty much run any card you wish to.

You should use [[NSBundle mainBundle] resourcePath] to locate your application's resource directory. Then you can use a NSFileManager method to either create an array of filenames from your subdirectory (by appending the folder name to the resource path as a path component) or create a directory enumerator. If you image folder has subfolders itself, you would use the directory enumerator to go through them easily, filtering out the folder names as you go.
As far as it being "manual", you only have to do it once.

I just tried and OS X would not allow me to change the file anyway
That's just because the permissions on it are locked. You could easily unlock them.

stupid incompatibilities. You have any suggestions on the best projector? ..or is there such a thing as a 3rd party gizmo that can send video wirelessly to a projector? I'm looking to get a projector for our conference room, but i'd hate to have wires hanging everywhere. I thought about having one permanently mounted, but we need to take it with us for presentations.
